By all odds COVID 19 has disturbed all the world not only in life losses but also financially. In order to
maintain the availability and visibility in a retail outlet during COVID 19 situations the following steps are
influential and may descend the financial losses face to retail outlets.

According to SHRM Study “62% of businesses say they have experienced a decrease in sale revenue
since the start of COVID 19”

To deal with change in cash flow you may find yourself having to change up other processes for
availability and visibility.

1. Reassure your customers


Your customers are your business’s number one fan without them you are nothing. You need to
show your customers that your business is not going anywhere. To do this one may use the
following;
 Send out email updates
 Send out messages on cell no’s
 Post regularly on social media
 Add information in customer’s accounts.
2. Get Creative
In the todays world where coronavirus affected the retailers on a large scale, this is the time to
be creative and abstain from using the conventional marketing. The more you creative the more
you get the market share. In fact, it is an opportunity in disguise for some business to develop a
strong link with the customer the customer by standing out in the peers.

do business without any break but also attract customers where they can shop and be safe at the same
time.

Retail owner must maintain the inventory to coup up with the demand of customer, as government may
issue notice to logistic firms to stop their operation for uncertain time which definitely leads you to stock
outs
