I agree to pay the Native American Law and Justice Center

(NALJC) helmed by Judge Navin-Chandra Naidu the sum of
$30,000.00 (thirty thousand dollars) for the acquisition of a
law degree and a tribal bar association number to enable me
to practice law in tribal courts.

It is agreed and understood that the $30,000.00 tuition fee will

be payable from the yield of the Monetize Your Birth Certificate
Program currently in progress.

I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations associated

with the 18-month law degree program as explained in
www.scripturalaw.org (Law COLLEGE).
