Dear members,

Greetings! After a long fight and waiting, we finally got our visa approval! I was helped and

guided by many angels when I was feeling lost and frustration in this visa journey.

Therefore, I want to pay the love forward. Please do so when you can as well! Because all

of us have been there and understand with a kind help and support, it will make a

difference in one’s visa journey.

Please be aware that everyone’s story and visa journey can be different and this is my

version of my visa document preparation. Please feel free to take this document as a

sharing example. However, you must do your own research first and clarify when you have

any doubt or hesitation. The members in the group are your good friends and there are

valuable resource in the group file. You just need to spend time, dig it and read them

thoroughly.

Note:
1. Barcode separator is suggested when organize the document. And I paid the service of
document checks, therefore, the documents below were arranged slightly different than
what I thought (the reason will be explained in the below columns).
2. The document order below was suggested by VSF staff as well.
3. Photocopy of the document is sufficient and either black & white or colorful document is
acceptable ( I personally used colorful documents with pictures)
4. In my country, we don’t have to demonstrate TB test certificate ( find it out if you need
one on the UKVI official website)

Note:
1. Although the appendix 2 is not on the official website anymore, VSF staff still
suggests to include.
2. If you do want to include this document, be aware, “august 2018” is the newest
version.
3. You might need a couple copies to practice and discuss with your partner before
the real one.
4. Read it thoroughly and ask group member, if you stuck at any question.
5. The content of the appendix is similar to access UK online application, so make
sure the answer is consistent.

2. Sponsor Evidence

1. Sponsor’s current passport photocopy The photocopy of the passport is
with bio data page and all entry and exit sufficient enough, don’t need to be
stamps verified via governmental sector.
2. Sponsor’s cover letter- dated 18 Apr I followed the below guidence to structure

down a bit I think ) ( we only provided the
letter from my husband’s aspect.

But they didn’t ask for

2. Print out of Immigration Health Surcharge payment

As these two item has already shown on the online application form.

They didn’t ask for online application form either, but I still printed it out and

keep it with me. Also emailed to my husband to familiar with content in case any

ECO call ( but we didn’t received any call)
