Form of Certificate by Principal Employer

This is to certify that National Highway and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL)
has engaged the Applicant M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd. , S-2, Technocrat Indl. Estate,
Balanagar, Hyderabad as the contractor to execute the Zojila Tunnel project and its approach roads.

M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd. Will be bound by all provisions of the contract Labour
(Reguation & Abolition) Act 1970 and Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Central Rules 1971, in so
far as the provisions are applicable to us in respect of the employment of contract Labour by the
applicant in our establishment.
