To the
Torch Family who are with us today. To sir Ike Tabernilla, representative from the Philippines
who is not with us today. To our school head, Mrs. Adelia T. Manares, Ma'am. To all the
ABLNHS Teachers, parents, students, and my fellow scholars a pleasant morning to all of you.

As one of the lucky students who were chosen as one of the scholars of the Believe
International Foundation, I am very grateful. I still remember the month of July 2016, where I
was one of the 5 students chosen as a scholar of the Believe International Foundation.
Excitement, happiness, and gratefulness was all I felt that day as I do not expected that
blessings will come. An opportunity that is not only supporting through financially but it support
me and my fellow scholars morally and help us to hone and shap me as who really I am and
taught us good values.

First, I would like to extend my warmfelt gratitude to the President of the Believe International
Foundation, Sir Carvel Whiting. I am so grateful sir of having this foundation and as one of your
scholars and as everybody's said Believe International Foundation and its scholars will not exist
or will not be here today if its not beause of you sir, and thank you for bringing this opportunity
to the Philippines especially here in Aklan. This foundation will serve as a stepping stone of
every Believe scholars to reach their dreams in life and even could change their life.

When Believe International Foundation came into my life, it really helps me a lot and my family
through financially support as this foundation helps my father where he's a single parent
together with my grandmother who help him raised me until now, this foundation helps me in
my financial problem whenever I joined an academic activities in our school and my parents will
not struggle to find money. As I have said lately, this foundation not only supported me through
financially but it also taught me the values of being a Believe Scholar and change my life. First, it
taught me to be responsible one not only for the responsibility as a scholar but also the
responsibility as a student, a student leader, a son and even the responsibility as a youth in my
community. Then it taught me to Believe in myself that I will overcome the every challenges
and obstacles come into my life and just like in mathematics, there is always a solution in any
problem solving situation. And lastly this foundation taught me to work hard, be humble, to be
grateful and respect. As you were become successful professional someday because of your
hardwork just always remember to be humble and be grateful to those persons behind who
help upon your success.

I also want to thanks Sir Ike Tordecillas, my sponsor, who is the representative of the Believe
International Foundation in the Philippines for bringing this opportunity here in our school. I am
so grateful to you sir. And to the School Head, Mrs. Adelia T. Manares who accepted this
opportunity and Mrs. Eden I. Ureta who also work hard and advice the scholars to take our right
path.

And I hope that many inspiring students like me who wants to be successful someday will give
opportunity and help by this foundation. I am really grateful to this foundation until I become
successful, And if I were to become successful soon, I will never forget those people who help
and cheers me through my journey, especially the Believe International Foundation. That could
