PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ANCHORGROUT EP is a 3 component solvent,
free-flowing, fast-curing, precision grade,
machine setting grout that produces high
performance strength plus chemical inertness
and excellent bonding properties.
ANCHORGROUT EP system which can also be
inserted into concrete for carrying out structural
repairs and can be poured on the steel surface
(zinc covered) as backing compound. The
system is insensitive to the presence of water
which it displaces due to its higher density thus
allowing application on damp concrete or
steel surfaces. The cured resin possesses high
mechanical strength, excellent adhesion, non-
shrinking properties and a chemical resistance
typical of all epoxy resin. Cracks and voids can
be successfully sealed with ACME
ANCHORGROUT EP. Although ANCHORGROUT
EP has a high strength, the cured material is not
brittle and retains slight flexibility nature.
ANCHORGROUT EP is supplied in pre-measured
component-A Resin, component-B Polyamide
Hardener and component-C Special Graded
Siliceous flour.

USES
ANCHORGROUT EP is unaffected by oils, water,
most chemicals and develops rapid strength
gain to allow quick return of vital equipment to
service. The superior performance
characteristics of this product mean trouble
free grout performance under reciprocating
and dynamic machinery found in chemical
plants, gas transmission substations, steel and
paper mills, in chemically corrosive areas, and
under gantry crane rails. ANCHORGROUT EP
has a unique high ratio of aggregate to resin
formula which assures maximum resistance to
creep while not affecting its easy placement
characteristics.

PREPARATION PRECAUTIONS / LIMITATIONS

DISPOSAL
In Nepal, waste epoxy material does not come
within the scope or the special waste
Regulations, and such waste, and any
discarded packaging, may be disposed of by
either landfill tipping or by incineration in an
authorized incineration.
STORAGE
It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in
dry enclosed area in an unopened containers.
