CHILD’S REVERSIBLE
JACKET PATTERN
How to piece together and use your pattern

1 Download this PDF pattern to your computer, and print it out. The
pages will be labelled in the order that they fit together.

2 Trim the white margins from the printed pages, and tape the
pages together, using the letters and gridlines as a guide
(see example in the diagram below).

3 Refer to the body measurement charts on p.368 to select a size.

Use the key on the pattern to find the line for your chosen size
and cut around it.

4 A seam allowance of 1.5cm (5⁄8in) is included in the pattern pieces.

After you have cut out the pattern pieces in your size, you may wish
to add seamlines 1.5cm (5⁄8in) inside the cutting lines (see p.368). One
square in the grid equals 5cm².
