I send you this letter of complaint about a high-risk component, marked in the
public transport service of the city of Neiva, daily through different streets and
neighborhoods of the city, including the microcenter, evidences the abundant
black smoke that is fires through the exhaust, this problem is not only about the
emission of black smoke, but also about the serious consequences of its release
for human health and environmental quality standards.

However, we want to invite all the companies affiliated to the public transport of
the city of Neiva to generate alternatives that contribute to mitigate these
emissions that cause both harm to our environment and health.
