Let me send you this letter of complaint, since according to my studies as an environmental

engineer I observe that it is causing a negative environmental impact on our environment, its

public transport buses that travel daily through the different streets of the city of Neiva Huila

present a high concentration smoke, which causes our planet pollution to the atmosphere by

carbon dioxide (Co2), also in the long term brings respiratory diseases to the inhabitants of

the city, that is why I call you for a measured solution to this problem and sustainable

alternatives with the environment, to generate good environmental practices, and with it a

good environmental education to its own workers since we all benefit by taking care of our

environment.

I appreciate the attention provided and I look forward to a prompt response to my complaint.

I will wait for an answer soon.
