About the Program

The John Deere Tech program is a combination of
classroom studies at one of three area technical
schools and hands-on, paid internships at SEMA
Equipment. Choose from Northeast Iowa Community
College, North Dakota School of Science, or Madison
College, where you will earn a 2-year Associates Degree
with career placement at SEMA Equipment upon
graduation. SEMA Equipment offers a full tuition
reimbursement program for qualified technicians.
