SUBJECT: APPYING TO Graduate Management Development Program (75400)

Attention: The Human Resources Manager and Recruitment Team.

I am writing this letter to apply for the graduate program with the ExxonMobil, In Pom branch which has been posted and
advertised on PNG Job Seeker website on the, 25th of July. I am an IT graduate who has graduated on April 5th, 2023.
However, I believed that the combination of my field expertise and develop skills set makes me a perfect candidate for the
program. Moreover, I am confident that it would be a great opportunity for me to further develop my career.

Having studied as an IT undergraduate within the ICT Department at the university for 4 years, I am fully adept at executing
any task associated with this program. There, I was given practical’s like, providing beneficial technical support to clients,
identifying, and investigating network issues, and installing & configuring servers to name are few. Furthermore, I have
developed and hosted a dynamic website from scratch up, I have experience working with WordPress and XAMPP Virtual
Server, I completed system backups, promoted new ideas of products and services, and worked on the development, and
implementation of new processes to decrease unnecessary expenses within the ICT Department during my studies, while
working on my system implementation and design projects. Throughout the 4 years, I have proved numerous times that I am
a great team player with excellent analytical skills and the ability to function well in fast-paced environments.

Next, I am a university certified IT professional possessing bachelor’s degree in business information technology from the
Papua New Guinea University of Technology with a GPA of 3.19. At the university, I was involved in extracurricular
activities like leadership roles and university debates to name a few. Finally, I am experienced with all IT software
programs, and I believe ExxonMobil has that capacity which can train and develop me to become an outstanding IT
Specialist soon.

Therefore, I am humbly asking, if possible, if I may be given a chance for an interview with you, to begin my career as an IT
graduate. Please find attached my CV, my three references, my final academic transcripts, and a copy of my IT bachelor’s
