Now as you know, having Tab is great and easy to work with, but
the mistake many people make when learning from tab, is that
they just try to dive into it cold, without really knowing what
they’re aiming for.
So, I would recommend that you choose a Riff you want to play and then do a bit of research. Go
and search it in YouTube and find the original recorded version and also a live version as well.
The idea is to really get to know the Riff first, rather than just thinking you know it.
You need to really get a clear mental picture, of the sound and feel of the Riff, before you get into
the Tab.
Because getting that authentic sound into your playing, is not just about hitting the right notes,
it’s actually MORE about the rhythm, the sound, the timing and the feel. Most of which you can’t
get from the Tab.
So if you do your research first, then I guarantee you’ll find learning the riffs so much quick than
just using tab.
But, if you want to nail these Riffs easier and faster, then you should Click The Button Below and
watch one of my Video Sessions.
Cheers!
