Dear Ms. Beverly,

Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from Nupon Technology Phils. Corp as System
Admin Assistant. I am giving one month’s notice as per our handbook and my last day of
employment will be (DATE).

On a personal note, I would like to take this opportunity to say that making this decision has
been difficult, as working here in Nupon has been such a positive experience and one for which I
am grateful. I have gained much here and have enjoyed working with you and my other
colleagues.

However, I am excited for my next journey and my decision is irrevocable.

I am conscious of the need to provide support to our department until my departure and I shall
give my full commitment until then.

I wish Nupon and all of you guys every success in the future and thank you so much for the
