Dear Mrs. Francisco,

I regret to inform you that I am resigning from my position here immediately as a Flighthub
Customer Service Representative for I need to be with my eldest brother in Manila to accompany
his stay there for his OJT. My return is still uncertain. My last day will be tomorrow. I
appreciated my time spent working here and I have no ill-feelings towards the company or
anyone who works here. I know this is unexpected and would have provided the required notice
if I were able to.
I cannot thank you enough for the opportunities you have provided me working here for the past
year and 10 months. I learned a lot and it has been an incredible instrument in my personal
growth and development, and I will never forget you, the colleagues, and friends I have made
here.
Please let me know if I can make this transition easier and I will be happy to assist you. I will be
available by phone or email a few weeks after my departure to help out.
I appreciate your understanding in this matter. I have loved my job and I will look back on my
time here with wonderful memories.
