Analyst Recent Graduate and contributor in project who requires to be mentored and supervised.

Senior Analyst Contributor who already brings good value in projects. He needs some supervision
and mentoring.

Consultant Key project player in projects and independent consultant who can deal with a 1 man
project with minimum supervision from a more senior member.

Senior Consultant Key project member who can technically lead projects, and is part of the presales
pool of people. He/She has mastered the project methodology, endorses it and leads by example.
He/she is a valuable mentor/coach based on his/her expertise in projects using different
technologies, and working for different industries and functional areas.

Senior Consultant & Project Lead High level of expertise, can easyly build confidence with both the
customers and for the ClearPeaks management to generate new opportunities. Adapts to any type
of project, technology and or complexity. He/she can manage a project if required, and is a key
member in the presales pool.

Analyst during his/her induction plan who has been assigned to you by your Delivery Manager
and/or HR. Complete the Learning Path which is assigned to you successfully, delivering the PoC, SS
and blog article. In addition, support at least 2 people during his/her Learning Path execution based
on an assignment done by your Delivery Manager and/or HR (complete the training course & labs,
develop a PoC, SS and Blog). Complete the Learning Path which is assigned to you successfully,
delivering the PoC, SS and blog article . In addition, support at least 3 people during his/her Learning
Path execution based on an assignment done by your Delivery Manager and/or HR (complete the
training course & labs, develop a PoC, SS and Blog). Co-lead the Learning Path definition with your
Delivery Manager. Complete the Learning Path which is assigned to you successfully, delivering the
PoC, SS and blog article. In addition, mentor and support everyone who is assigned to you by your
Delivery Manager and /or HR, in the execution of their Learning Path (complete the training course
& labs, develop a PoC, SS and Blog).

Complete the Soft Skill training courses pack assigned to you, and meet expectations in the
assessment done by HR and/or Management level.

case that you have < 70% utilisation +1 will be required.

Contribute with 2 of the following business value activities and LEAD the development of at least 1
more: sharing session, blog article, PoC's, demos, provide training, pills, golden nuggets, recyclables
at the customer, tech vendor activities. In case that you have < 70% utilisation +1 will be required.

Contribute with 3 of the following business value activities and LEAD the development of at least 2
more: sharing session, blog article, PoC's, demos, provide training, pills, golden nuggets, recyclables
at the customer, tech vendor activities. In case that you have < 70% utilisation +1 will be required.

Excellent communication skills in both internal or customer meetings, participating in technical


and/or functional project discussion, delivering presentations in a quality and efficient manner,
adapting the language and message depending on the situation and audience.

Be part of the presales team pool, SUPPORTING sales in generating technical sales proposals for the
customer you are working on.
Be part of the presales team pool, SUPPORTING sales in generating technical sales proposals for any

customer and supervise all the technical proposals assigned to you.
