Reflection

“My realization after the interview is that I knew how marriage was not easy as how it was depicted in
movies. It is not just all about romantic relationships and happy times. The quality of relationship that
married people have is rather proved by the hardest parts of their journey. It really takes courage and
hope for us to find the only person who would be willing to spend the rest of their lives with us. In
choosing the right person, we should also consider even their flaws and imperfections is order to love
them deeply.

Above all, marriage is like the contract of lifetime partnership we gave to a one person promising that
whatever challenges may be faced, the strong love and commitment to each other shall always prevail. I
also notice how couples valued their faith in their marriage. In every step of their journey as a couple,
they always put God in the middle of everything so that, for every decision they make, it will always be
for the betterment of their relationship. The secret behind each relationship is constantly applying the
word of God by showing it to each other just like how Jesus has shown love to his people.”
