He is one of us, who compiled the final report. He did work 8

on the case study and highlight management issue within
MOHAMMED the company and proposed the new HR department in the
AHMED organization to solve the managerial problem. But he was
rigid toward his solution for the case study and wasn’t listen
other people opinion. He arranged meetings at time what is
suited best to him. Therefore, group members were
unhappy with him.

Alex also from main group who help to compile the report 7
MIDDLEBROOK,
and presentation. Being the native speaker he helped to
ALEXANDER make corrections for grammatical mistake. He worked on
how we can improve the communication within the
organisation and proposed a solution for it.

Please very briefly discuss your own contribution to the assignment:

I worked to set direction for the solution of given case study. I suggested that there will be
two types of problem one will be managerial problem and other will be strategic in which
current organization functional structure is working well for it.so I suggested that each
group member should work in specific area.
I worked on the company structure and suggested that it will be better if the organization
will be organized around the MATRIX STRUCTURE that will help to settle issues.
I also suggested that company should work on being market leader for their product
therefore I suggested to include the RND department in organization.
Moreover, I contribute in writing the presentation and suggested what should be possible
flow of presentation. Finally, I help to compile the final report.
