The main reason I think the restaurant is a good business idea is because the food business
is one of the most profitable ones you can invest in. The gastronomic sphere offers great
opportunities, also considering the good location and that in this case is close to several
universities I am sure that the restaurant will be a successful company. As main clients this
addressed to students and teachers, to carry out this project there is a capital saved and a
bank loan for entrepreneurs at a very low interest rate and with a year of favor to give time for
the business to start up.
For positioning and attracting customers will invest a good amount of money in advertising
making the most of the media indicated on the map. All personnel will also be trained in
customer service, since in many cases the price is not the reason for the loss of customers
but the poor quality of the service; and in this case the customer service, the quality of the
products offered and their excellent prices, will be the reasons that will make a difference to
my competitors: fast food businesses and chicken roasters. In conclusion the business idea of
a restaurant near a university area is an excellent investment.
