Banh Mi

(ban-mee)
This recipe is for two people

Ingredients:

¼ cup rice vinegar


2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp sugar
¼ cup carrot (grated)
¼ cup cucumber (grated)
1 thinly sliced green onion
1 chicken breast (pre-cooked & seasoned)
1 recipe cool-rise white bread (you have already
made this recipe)
1 recipe peanut sauce (see
2-3 sprigs cilantro
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Optional: Sriracha (if you like it SPICY)
Step 1:
Put water, vinegar and sugar in
small saucepan.

Heat until you can not see sugar.


Take off heat and allow to cool.

Pour cooled mix in saucepan over


carrot, cucumber and green onion.

Put into bowl and into fridge with


your name on it.
