Reseptit
yleistä: Sprinkle glucomannan powder on top, then quickly stir in without clumping it.

1 cup cold almond milk
1 tsp glucomannan
1 T cream
(+butter, coconut oil, sea salt, pour it into a nut crust, banana...)

Fruit Pudding
Blend 1 cup of cold water and a piece of fruit of your choice.
Add a little stevia or other sweetener if desired and blend.
Then add 1 teaspoon of Konjac Glucomannan Powder and blend again.

Quickly pour it into a bowl and refrigerate for an hour. It sets up something like Jello pudding and really
fills me up.

Lemon pudding
In the blender put 1 cup of cold water and a little lemon juice to taste. Add a little stevia for sweetening.
Blend.
Then add 1 teaspoon of Konjac Glucomannan Powder and blend again. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate
about 1 hour. NICE!

DRY
1/4 cup oat fiber
2 Tbs Hersheys special dark cocoa (20 cals)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 or a little less cup erythritol
1 tsp glucomannan powder

blend dry ingredients

WET
1/3 cup liquid eggwhite (30)
2 Tbs davinci SF vanilla syrup
2 Tbs hersheys sf chocolate syrup (15 cals)

mix together wet+dry -> microwave 1 minute. There may be a little moist stuff on top--don't microwave
until entirely dry.

Peanut Power Pudding


1 Put 1 cup unsweetened almond milk in blender (we use Silk brand).
2 Add 1 cup water.
3 Add vanilla to taste, a couple of generous pinches of sea salt (I use Celtic sea salt) and 6-8 shakes of
nustevia concentrate powder for sweetness (or you can use truvia to taste).
4 Add 2 heaped Tbs. Protein Plus Peanut Flour
5 Add 1/4 scoop whey protein powder (I use Swanson Premium Whey Protein)
6 Start blender then add 2 tsp. glucomannan powder while blender is running.
7 Blend to thicken pudding which will take a couple of minutes – turn blender off.
8 Taste for flavors, adjust as needed then add more water (about another 1/2 cup) and blend further
until re thickened.

X
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese
Plan Sweetener of Choice (you can get THM sweetener here)
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder for a Chocolate version
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
Handful of Oats
Handful of Ice
1/4 Cup Almond Milk (or More if Needed to make it smooth & creamy :)
Dash of Vanilla
Pinch of Seas Salt
