Subject: Confirmation of the purchase order of 50 bicycles

Dear Mr. Sohel:

Hope that you are doing well. It is Sanjida Snigdha, Head of Marketing, Channel-i; writing to confirm
you about the purchase order of 50 bicycles from your company as per the discussion of our official
meeting held on 31st July, 2017.

It was a nice meeting with your team and we, the Channel-i team, really appreciate your effort to present
some excellent bicycle models to us through your presentation. As per the analyses of the meeting
minutes with our honorable CEO, we have decided to purchase 50 bicycles for the female footballers of
Kalashundar Village, Haluaghat, Mymensingh from your company. On behalf of my team, I would like to
order for 50 pieces of the Unicorn-90x model. I hope that it’s going to be an excellent branding for
Duranta as a new bicycle brand in the market as well as an amazing way of accomplishing the Corporate
Social Responsibility of Channel-i if we can provide the cycles to those miraculous female footballers of
Kalashundor village and join their endeavor of representing Bangladesh internationally.
I would like to request for your acknowledgement of this confirmation letter along with a bank cheque of
BDT 50000 as advance payment within the shortest possible time. I wish this deal will establish an
excellent professional relationship between Channel-i and Duranta Bicycle.
