Ext Tokyo fashion district – morning – sunny/broken clouds

Tracking over the shoulder shot:

JAY: is walking down the street dressed in a black suit with a
loose tie and somewhat scruffy shirt.
JAY passes a corner and into a bright neon street and from his
shoulder the camera starts to focus on a girl walking down the
street from the opposite way.
As the girl approaches the footage slows down until she walks
past at this point JAY stops and turns around still in slow
motion and watches the girl with a look of shock on his face,
for a brief moment.
