    ChemWell SN: 1788 Troubleshooting Steps (part II)

    1.
    Ensure that there is a nylon
    spacer between the screw head
    and the circuit board.

    2.
    Ensure that the leads of both the
    LED and photo transistor are not
    too long and touching the L-
    bracket. If these leads are L-Bracket
    touching the bracket they need to
    be trimmed because they can
    certainly be the cause of your
    wash head jamming home.

    3.
    Ensure that all of the wires within
    the amp connector on position
    J17 of the plate mover junction
    PCB are making good contact.
    Pay special attention to the
    black, brown and red wires.
    Make sure that none of the wires
    are sticking out or only making
    partial contact.
