    4. apply the flour or cornstarch in a plate

    5. you going to take one of piece of paper that has written an areas that
    determine our health or phrasal verbs, and have 5 seconds for say a word
    according to this area.

    For example, if the paper says nutrition and exercise you can say
    dumbbells

    repeat the process until the papers are completed (2 times)

    record a video and then send it.
