IOT Base Food Store Atmosphere Monitoring System for Quality Food

ABSTRACT
Food safety and hygiene is a major concern in order to prevent the food wastage. The Quality
of the food needs to be monitored and it must be prevented from rotting and decaying by the
atmospheric factors like temperature, humidity, ethanol and dark. Therefore, it is useful to
deploy Atmosphere monitoring devices at food stores. These Atmosphere monitoring devices
keep a watch on the environmental factor at food stores using IOT. Based on that we can that
environmental factors can be controlled like by refrigeration, vacuum storage etc. 

Hardware Components
1. 9V 1A DC supply
2. Arduino UNO
3. Wi-Fi Modem (esp8266)
4. Ethanol Sensor (MQ3).
5. LDR Sensor
6. DHT11 (Temperature, Humidity)
7. LCD
