The Challenges of Construction :

There are three components of project

a. cost of the project (Budget)

b. Quality and quality of construction facilities (Scope)
c. Time of completion of the project (Schedule)

The job of a project manage is to establish the

balance between the aforementioned three
components of the project. In other ways,
challenge in construction is to have a Trade-off
among cost, time and quality. Cost, time and
quality depends upon various factor which are
shown in the figure (3).
