1. For you what is the most vital trait of a leader. So far, what is the most challenging
experience and hardest decision you have made as a Pharmacist Leader and why?

2. in most of situations we all have different opinions and ways of thinking to solve a
problem. was there a time you disagree with your colleagues? as a Pharmacist how do you
handle and respond to disagreements with your co-workers?

3. As a leader pharmacist what are the parameters you consider in delegating tasks to
your people? How do you monitor their performance and what tools do you use to evaluate
them?

4. In most cases, our patience might waver when we encounter some unwanted scenarios.
As a pharmacist, how can you stay calm and patient at all times? any advice you can give?

5. A lot of people in the workplace have different attitudes and perspectives in life. It can
be a positive point of view or vice versa. How can you, as a Pharmacist and/or leader deal with
your workmates and subordinates towards achieving better relationships and trust with each
other? If there’s conflict among your people how do you handle them?

6. In your pharmacy practice and as a leader, how do you manage the team if there’s
reported medication error or a patient complaint?
