The atmosphere in areas which are connected to major roads are

better than those which are not properly connected.
The precinct is mostly residential and all the necessities required for
major residential area are available there like school and hospitals Most
people work outside precinct so not major commercial activities but
only some food stalls, grocery shops, medical shops and car garage
were there which are essential for any residential areas.
The illegal housing areas are not organized and informal than those
residential areas which are legal. The property rates might be low as all
people live there have good conditioned houses whether its formal or
informal.The precinct is well connected with rest of the city which is
main reason most people are able go to work in other parts of cities.
The precinct is basically combination of both middle income and lower
income people's residential areas and the difference them can be
easily seen by surrounding conditions of theirs housing eg. Conditions
of roads, houses, schools, health center.
It is newly developed residential area because there were not many
older infrastructures present there.
The poor people lives in poor locality and well income people lives in
better locality.
