Application as Facilitator at Radian Retreat Team

I am writing to express my interest for the position of Recruitment Facilitator to join the Radiant Team
as I have seen the advertisement in the Facebook.

Having recently study in final semester of my Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelors of Park and Recreation
Science from the University Putra Malaysia (UPM). You can expect for an employee with the knowledge
of outdoor recreation as I have learned the knowledge and skills during my study in this course. You can
expect committed and energetic employee as I have been appointed as a vice president and second
secretary for the Recreation Club (K3) at the Faculty of Forestry for 1 year.

You will be able to hiring a facilitator with the good communication skills and able to converse and
written in both Bahasa and English language. During my study, I have been selected as a camp counselor
or facilitator for more than 10 types of outdoor camp and actively participated with various outdoor
program voluntarily which is required me to actively engaged with the participant . Besides, you will
have an employee that reasonably fit and loves being outdoor as I have many experience in outdoor
activities such as hiking, kayaking, abseiling, caving, and various type of outdoor recreation activities

Other than that, you can expect for someone that enjoy travel away. During my study, I have been
undergo internship for about 6 month at Tioman Island which is far away from my home at Ampang,
Selangor. You also would benefit from a hard worker and excellent team player as I have been worked
under certain department as a team member to complete our task. During my internship, I have been
assigned under several department under the supervision of senior staff and work as a team member.
Other than that, you also can expect fast learner employee that are willing to learn with a minimal
supervision. Based on my internship, I have learn lot of knowledge regarding the management and I was
able to manage the Front Office department without the supervision of senior staff.
