Subject: Minutes of the Meeting Held in the Department of Education & Psychology

The meeting of Faculty members, CRs and GRs of the Department of Education & Psychology,
KUST was held on Sep 17, 2020, at 09:00 a.m. The meeting was started with the recitation of
Holy Quran by Dr. Ishtiaq Hussain Chairman, Department of Education & Psychology who
chaired the meeting. The following faculty member attended the meeting:-

2. Dr. Farid Ullah Khan Assistant Professor
3. Mr. M. Amjad Lecturer
4. Mr. Alam Zeb Khattak Lecturer
5. Mr. S.M. Rajai Lecturer
6. Miss Wajeeha Komal Lecturer

The following points were discussed:

1. The students were asked about the completion of their courses and they were satisfied
about their video lectures.
2. The date sheet was discussed and one paper was replaced with the other one.
3. CRs and GRs were directed to ask the students that they download their video lectures
to improve their attendance.
4. All faculty members were directed to update results of students on KCMS till 19 Sept
2020.

In the end, the Chair appreciated everyone being a team member with him and expressed good
wishes in the future.
