    Objectives:
    ▪ To find out clusters of vegetable growing around 150km radius around
    Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and NCR
    ▪ To rank the clusters on the basis of availability of SKUs
    ▪ To find out Farmer’s/ FPO’s/ FPC’s/ Aggregators around 150km radius
    ▪ To maintain the quality and quantity parameters while selecting the
    clusters

    Methodology:
    ▪ Mapping the regions
    ▪ Finding out the exact parameters required taking into consideration quality,
    quantity, ripeness, colour at the time of sale
    ▪ Maintaining a crop calendar to plan the expected arrival
    ▪ Project proposal and Questionnaire finalization
    ▪ Data collection and Data Entry
    ▪ Data analysis
    ▪ Report writing

    Deliverables:
    ▪ Identifying the feasible micro clusters around 150km radius
    ▪ Identifying farmers/ FPOs/ FPCs/ Aggregators
    ▪ Defining the criteria based on the requirement
    ▪ Meeting the demand from the selected clusters for various SKUs
