TEXTO. What a nightmare of a day! I was walking home from work at 6 o’clock.
SITUACIÓN Suddenly I heard a terrible noise. It sounded like lots of people were
O FIGURA jumping up and down on a wooden floor. Then I realize that the pavement
was wobbling. Trees were swaying and windows were smashing down the
street. People were running. It was terrifying!

TEXTO. Do you eat fast food as one of your daily meals? Many people eat fast food
SITUACIÓN for some, if not most, of their meals. However, I strongly believe that
O FIGURA people shouldn’t include so much fast food in their diets.
First of all, fast food is very high in fat, which is harmful to our bodies. For
example, eating a high amount of fat makes your blood thicker. In turn, this
makes it harder for your heart to pump.
Secondly, fast food diets don’t contain much fresh fruit or many vegetables.
Because of this, fast food does not provide people with a balanced diet. As
a result, our brains and bodies do not work as well and we feel tired and
stressed.
On the other hand, fast food is not so bad if people don’t eat these types of
meals very often. For instance, eating fast food once a week would not be
considered too unhealthy. You must be careful, though, that once a week
does not become once a day!
In conclusion, fast food meals are a rather unhealthy choice and lack
essential nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, that our body needs.
The way I see it, people must eat different types of food to stay healthy and
fit.
