The customer service course from the beginning has been interesting to give, and the
content has been very well complemented with the general way in which the course was
delivered. Almost every Tuesday we could talk about a topic related to customer service, so
obviously we have learned a lot. Undoubtedly, all the themes have been helpful, but the
most interesting were the last 3 themes.
