TEACHING ENGLISH TO ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS
SEPTEMBER-2
What is the importance of the experience in your future or present role as a
teacher?
Based on the Quesada document (2005), I can say that experience is fundamental
in teaching work, from experiences the knowledge with which the teacher comes to
the classroom is based, a teacher who has enough experience has the ability to be
able to evaluate their group of classes and in this way know what methodology to
use with their students and in this way they will be much more familiar with the
teaching-learning process.

What is the most important thing for you as a teacher to develop in the
program, the theory that you learn within the courses, or the practice that
you do at the end of the program?
I think that both theory and practice are a fundamental part of the learning process
that I am going through, in theory I can acquire each of the knowledge, processes,
methodologies that I can put into practice in the classroom, Regarding practice, it is
clear that day by day I will acquire much more experience inside and outside the
classroom, theory and practice are linked to each other since one is the
complement of the other and it is necessary to have both to be able to carry out
thoroughly with this beautiful work of teaching.
