PROJECT CHARTER

Project Title:
Conversion ESP filter to bag filter at cement plant.

Project purpose:
Bag filter than the electrostatic precipitator has a higher, more stable dust collection
efficiency, especially for the human body has a serious impact on heavy metal particles and
submicron dust particles to capture more effective. Usually, the dust removal efficiency of
up to 99.9% or more, the concentration of dust can be stable below 50mg / Nm3, or even
up to 10mg / Nm3 or so, almost zero emissions. So low emissions, visual inspection is not
seen the smoke on the chimney discharge.

High Level Requirements:


1. Start the project and finish it with the project plan.
2. Client satisfaction for further work.
3. Finish the project with high quality and achieve the main objective.
Assumptions and Constraints:
1. This project needs to be started mobilization and pre-erection from 1 May to 30 July.
2. Shutdown needs to start 1 August and the duration 28 days only.
3. Availability of the all the subcontractor with highly qualified and having considerable
experience in this field.
High Level Risks:
1. Delays in pre-erection schedule.
2. Delays with the imported material.
3. Delays in shutdown which delay the plant start up.

Summary Milestone Schedule:


1. Finalizing the pre-erection activity with 30 July.
2. Finalizing the shutdown activity with 28 days only.
3. Modifications the system program with the end of shutdown activity.
4. Finalizing the project without any accident.
