Friendly Residential Compound
For Company Staff
Duration: 112 weeks Budget: 600M SR

Final Project

Name: Sultan Mudaysh Alqaysi ID : 200147

1.Project Summary

Project Name

1.1
Green Residential Compound

Project Deliverables
We will build a environment-friendly residential
1.2 compound for company staff with capacity of
100 residential units and eenvironmentally
friendly and energy-efficient facilities which are
the sewage treatment plants and solar energy
generation units.

Why we need it ? “Justification”

• By completing this project, we will provide housing units
to 100 employees
• The financial revenues of the project will exceed 900
million SR through selling the residential units to the
employees “in instalment” , and through selling the
1.3 electricity produced by our generating units to SEC.
• It will enhance our reputation in the international
markets as the first company that build an eco-
residential compound for its employees

Proffered Execution Method

We will use DuBox construction method “a

modular design & Pre-casting concrete”
1.4 which will reduce the project duration 30%

Expected duration: 115 weeks

Expected budget: 687M SR
