NOTICE

Date: 22nd Sept. 2020

Sub: Issuing TC and Course & Conduct Certificate to Passing out Batch 2020

Transfer certificate and Conduct certificate will be issued to all students who completed course of B.
Tech. or M. Tech. during 2019-2020 within few days. Students have to clear all dues and fill up the
application form available in your student login in in campus management system.

Steps involved:

1. Students should send their library cards, Identity card (without case and tag), books they
have borrowed from library and from book bank to Librarian, College of Engineering and
Management Punnapra, Vdackal P. O., Alappuzha PIN 688003 through courier or submit
them by hand.
2. Fill up application for membership of Alumni Association and mail to
alumni@cempunnapra.org
3. Fill up application form for TC, CC, refund of Caution Deposit and NRI deposit, through CMS.
4. Mark appropriate options in check box.
5. Fill up bank account details for receiving caution deposit.
6. Attach copy of cheque leaf or front page of bank account pass book to confirm account
details.
7. Submit the application form online.

Due clearance from various departments will be done online. Date of issue of TC and CC and original
documents you had submitted at the time of admission will be intimated to you later. Students can
collect them by hand on the given dates.

Note: All students should submit application for TC/CC before 30th September 2020, irrespective of
they have any backlogs or supplementary papers. However, those who have courses repeat shall not
apply for TC/CC.

Application received after the given date will attract late fee as given below.

Due date: 30th Sept 2020

Late fee Rs 10/- up to 15th October 2020.
Late fee Rs 500 after 15th October 2020.
