AFFIDAVIT

I, HHHH, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Baguio City,

after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

I am the registered owner of a parcel of land under Transfer

Certificate of Title No. 111 containing an area of 4, 374 square meters more or
less situated at YYYY;

That on September 13th 2001, I authorized my brother PPP to use a

portion of my property as a road right of way with a width of 2.5 meters
originating from his property to the nearest exit towards the Barangay Road at
its nearest exit point;

The Affidavit of Consent was duly notarized by a notary public on

September 13, 2001 in Baguio City;

I hereby confirm the execution of such Affidavit of Consent, and to

form part of this Affidavit;

I am reaffirming the existence and establishment of an easement of

right of way in favor of the lot owned by my brother PPPP, with a width of 2.5
meters; and

I attest to the truth of all the foregoing.
