Ang nakapirmang Assistant Provincial Prosecutor ay inaakusahan ka, Mila Everyday y


Ovaltine, sa paglabag ng Seksyon 11, Artikulo Dalawa, ng Republic Act 9165 o ang
Comprehensive Drugs Act of 2002.

Ito ay nangyari noong ika-ldalawampu’t tatlo ng Setyembre taong 2020, sa Brgy. Poblacion,
sa Munisipalidad ng Bacnotan, probisya ng La Union, Pilipinas, na nasasakupan ng kagalang
galang na korteng ito, ikaw na akusadong si Mila Everyday y Ovaltine, na walang permiso,
lisensya o otoridad mula sa anumang ahensya ng gobyerno, ay nasa iyong posesyon at
kostodiya ang isang green puregold eco bag na naglalaman ng Methamphetamine
hydrochloride o “shabu”, isang pinagbabawal na gamot, na may bigat na 10,0888 gramo, sa
bisa ng search warrant na inilabas ng RTC Br 28 laban sa iyo.

Ito ay labag sa batas. Inaamin mo ba ito o hindi?

23, 2020 and in the Municipality of Bacnotan, La Union.

Prosecutor: That the accused was arrested by virtue of the implementation of Search Warrant SW-54321

Prosecutor: That the inventory, marking, as well as the photographing of all the items were witnessed and
conducted in the presence of the suspect, Punong Barangay, Media representative, and the
DOJ representative.
