Based on the video provided, the FC 4612K006 appears and need to be troubleshooted.

So Airbus recommend to follow AFI TASK A350-A-46-12-02-8P001-421A-A "The "OSF FAILED" Message
is Shown on the OIS Display or on the OMT".
As you are not able to open "Open-World System Report/Test" to perform OSF Bite test or application
reset, we recommend to directly move to step E "Upload again the SOFTWARE-MHM...".
Only 2TWSW1 SOFTWARE-MHM OPERATIONAL PROGRAM re-installation is required.
