their duty station without informing competent Authorities

the branch and also putttng burden on Ro in arranging
deputations.
ln this regard we had already sought detaits of such
staff for taking further course
of action.

Branch heads. are instructed to ensure smooth

implementation of retief measures
such as DBT and covid support loans outy eniu?ing

Social distance and other norms are fottowed.

Hence Branch he-ads are to be judicious in ptanning

work as a team. Ensure backup sfaff is avaitabte ior

Since Transport facit'ities have been improved
and more retaxations may be
coming in shortty, Branch ln-charges are advised
to contact staff members who
have proceeded on leave/ teft their duty station
