To whom it may concern:

I live in Barranquilla a few blocks from Circunvalar Avenue and I have

seen that on many occasions the road is left without light in the lamps.
In other sectors, the lights don´t come on when night falls and this
allows thieves to go out into the streets and steal from people who
come from their jobs.
Recently, a road was built that connects with the Circunvalar Avenue
and they haven´t installed the lamps to light the entire sector yet. When
people come home in their cars, they can't see the road very well and
they have to turn on the lights of the cars up high.
I appreciate that you take into account this request because this
situation causes many problems in mobility.

To whom it may concern:

I have a goddaughter who will be having a birthday soon and I have
heard that she wants to celebrate her birthday in an amusement park. I
will give her birthday party and I thought in divercity because it is a
theme park where children can play in the different professions that
this has.
My goddaughter has always wanted to be a firefighter so I thought it
would be a good idea to celebrate her birthday there and with her
friends they can feel and play firefighters for a day.
I am very excited to give this surprise to my goddaughter and I want
her to be very happy for that day. I have already imagined that day and
I know it will be incredible with your help.

To whom it may concern:

I'm writing you because a month ago I celebrated the birthday of a
goddaughter with my family in this place and the party was a complete
disaster. Children were insecure because this place doesn´t have the
protection regulations and we didn´t know that. There were minor
accidents and it is very irresponsible of you.

I chose you because I thought it was a safe amusement park with its
safety regulations and very responsible, but I see that I am wrong.

Also, the food service was unsatisfactory. Waiters were slow to bring
food, a child's clothes were dirty with soda and the children's mess
wasn´t cleaned in time.

I am very disappointed with this service and I hope that you will be able
to compensate the damages caused and have an excellent birthday
party for my goddaughter.

I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
