Subject: Request for cementing farm to Market Road

Location: Purok Pangi, Ditoray, Pagadian City

Dear Sir;

We are the local residents of Purok Pangi, Ditoray, Pagadian City. We beg to draw your kind attention
about the bad road condition in our locality. The local residents are facing severe difficulties in
transporting our agricultural products due to very poor condition. There are chances of road accident
every day. There is no appropriate drainage system by the side of the roads, which create soil erosion
during rainy days.

These farm road is connecting Barangay Deborok, Pagadian City. Some of our students of Ditoray
National High School are coming from our neighboring barangay which is Deborok, Pagadian City. They
are always facing trouble in going to school.

Attached are the names of the local residents and their signatures as our collective request in your good
office to take up the matter regarding this concern. We would forever grateful to you for your help.
