    Gurvinder and me has forwarded the forms for the selection of UDs and the USECs to the 1st 2nd &3rd year
    students.

    They have also submitted the forms too with their genuine answers

    The form carry the questions based upon our last year experience as a UD & the USEC

    & also the student’s view keeping in mind their last experience

    So Gurvinder & me have gone through the forms and shortlisted students for the UD

    Dhananjay 1st year

    Salvi 2nd year

    Azhar 1st year

    Snatan 1st year

    For USEC

    As I was the UD last year so according to the constitution of NASA INDIA

    UD will be going to act as a USEC in the second year of his/her tenure

    So I (ANURAG UKHALANIYA) will be the USEC this year & with certain concerns an acting USEC or the vice USEC
    will be elected who will be working on behalf of me

    So

    Homen das 3rd year

    Seema 3rd year

    Ravinder 3rd year

    These students are shortlisted for their respective posts.

    Now a department head along with the EX USEC & the current USEC will be having his/her view on the
    selection of the name of the finalists students.

    So we request you to finalise the name of the UD & the acting USEC as soon as possible.

    As the association is working on its timely schedule for the tenure

    & we are directed from the association that the selection of the UD should be done as soon as possible.
