SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JUAN DELA CRUZ, Filipino, of legal age, widow, and a resident of Sinaad,
Sapangdalaga, Misamis Occidental, Philippines, and presently residing at King Fahao,
General Hospital, Saudi Arabia, have named, constituted and appointed, and by these
presents do name, constitute and appoint PEDRO DELA CRUZ Filipino, of legal age,
married, and a resident of Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of the following
acts and things, to wit:

1. To sell my share of our inherited parcel of land located in North Mapang

Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte;

2. To sign the Deed of Sale in my behalf and any other documents necessary
for such sale;

3. To receive payment thereof; and

4. To sign any or all papers or document necessary to carry this authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
