SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROPE B. TAAY, Filipino, of legal age, widow, and a resident of Sinaad,

Sapangdalaga, Misamis Occidental, Philippines, and presently residing at King Fahao,
General Hospital, Saudi Arabia, have named, constituted and appointed, and by these
presents do name, constitute and appoint VICENTE BANDAJON JR., Filipino, of legal age,
married, and a resident of Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of the following
acts and things, to wit:

1. To request/secure and receive a copy of the Tax Declaration of my

property situated in South Mapang, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte from the
Municipal Assessor's Office of the Municipality of Rizal;

2. To pay for the fees necessary to secure the said copy of the Tax
Declaration; and

3. To sign any or all papers or document necessary to carry this authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
