Turbine Meter Calibration Checks with Water

The following calibration checks were done using a test manifold and mains water pressure only.
Using an empty 200 litre drum and calibrated measuring stick (1" = 0.04 bbls).

Turbine Meter Calibration Checks with Water

The following Testing was conducted using the test manifold as shown on diagram. All meters were
first removed from test separator and cleaned, lubricated and inspected for damage.
All Meters were tested twice for repeatability.
2" Meters were not tested due to flow rates required to test being too high. Meters were cleaned &
re-instated to flow line as required.

The following meters were ITT Barton Meters and due to flange size, had to be tested in the
test separator. NOTE: This is not the most accurate tesing method as some sep. valves leak.
