Nurse-Physician Collaboration

To achieve an effective service of nurses, doctors and health care team

must collaborate with each other. There is no one group can claim more power
over others. Every profession has different characters so that when combined
could be the strength to achieve the desired goals. Nurse Practitioner Work
Collaboration With good communication and respect for other professions in
shared decision making (work together) in a group it will create a good working
team that is committed to providing comprehensive services can be created.
Opinions among doctors and nurses need to become standard with the domain
(doctor-nurse) standard. There is a significant difference in the collaboration
between the groups of patients with severe, moderate, and independent. The
practice of negotiations collaboration on many stages in patients partially
depends on (a) because the full dependency patients (by weight) of doctors only
give direction and decisions without consulting the nurse. About the necessity
