4. a) What is procedural and non-procedural query language? (2m)

b) Write an SQL query, i) To select names of instructors whose names are neither “ABC”
nor “BCD”, list name, ID, dept_name and building, ii) To find the average instructors’
salaries of those departments where average salary is greater than 30,000. (4m)

5. a) Composition of primary key for a relationship set when attribute names of all primary (2m)
keys are not unique i) no attributes, ii) attributes present.
