• Managed and trained a mid sized team with operational duties across multiple locations
• Coordinated water-skiing instruction for over 200 campers daily
• Developed a staff training guide specifically for the waterski program. This included a rewrite of the Standard
Operating Procedures, which provided a higher level of safety and quality for the program
• Responsible for budgeting and purchasing for the program with an annual budget in excess of $100,000
• Adjusted the program's purchasing habits, resulting in significant reduction of equipment being replaced annually,
while increasing safety and quality
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring the team on an annual basis
